Despite the awful nights I have had where I have not felt safe from myself, looking back I actually coped quite well. I was skillful in the sense that I tried my hardest to avoid harm, even looking at the internet for phone numbers, and keeping my phone with me as I slept. Talking to people on facebook and twitter turned out to be a better help than I thought at the time. So I am safe, regardless of how depressed and disorganised I seem.
