I have had a couple of good days, which can happen! It's my doctors appointment tomorrow, and I have to remember everything I want to say. I usually forget. First of all, I am having major problems with the venlafaxine. It isn't helping at all! I actually think it's making me worse. I can't tell if its helping with anxiety or not, because the depression has been so bad. I'm also awake far too late at night, and venlafaxine or not, I need sleeping tablets. If I am feeling triggered or anything, I can take one and sleep it off overnight. My back has also been troubling me recently, and I am out of painkillers...that don't work anyway. My stomach has been bad too, and I don't have any ideas to fix that. Finally, I want my thyroid checked again!
Hopefully I will remember all of the above tomorrow at 11.10am.
*Sigh*
sounds quite like myself. its my psychiatrist that deals with prescribing me stuff through my GP. i get 3 zolpidem (sleeping tablets) a week and i get 3 - 2mg diazepam as often as i need (without taking the piss though). i find if im worked up i take a diazepam and then a zolpidem if its bedtime and im normally alright for a few days.
