Would post more often but...

Sorry, I'm having a hard time, and am finding it hard to post frequently.  Just find it easier to avoid everything right now.  I wanted my doctor to take control, and reduce or change my meds but she won't do that without psych saying first.  The psych is on holiday for 2 weeks.  So I'm back to my favourite place....being trapped.
